Kitchen artist, Chef Kay Kim, owner of Kay Catering, learned to cook in her parents Korean restaurants. Her Mom taught her how to pickle the kimchi, wash the rice and to cook by feel, flavor and texture. No measuring cups needed.
These days Chef Kay fuses flavors from multiple Asian cultures to create her favorite flavor combination — sweet and spicy! Chef Kay is passionate about her art because she loves how food brings people together and makes them happy. Welcome to an evening of SWEET and SPICY!
